Looking back at our 2022 year, it was full of gardening activity, a trip to Boerner Botanical Gardens and a very successful plant sale. Our meetings were varied and interesting having a talk about whooping cranes and having a Christmas in July celebration including Santa and Mrs. Claus.
With a wintery rest we have no meetings in January or February 2023. We know that no winter lasts forever; no spring skips its turn.
2023 promises to be a special year as we return having our Garden Tour. Save the date: Sunday, July 16, 2023 where we have very unique gardens to share. Our annual plant sale will be Saturday, May 20th where numerous plants are sold. Come early for the best selection!
Bring on the snowy days of play and cozy nights by the fire, mugs of hot chocolate and fuzzy warm pajamas. Hot chocolate is like a hug from the inside and one of my favorite winter treats. Enjoy the warm wintery soups until we resume our meetings on Tuesday, March 14 at 6:30 p.m.
