The 2023 summer for the Burlington Area Garden Club has had busy days. In May we held our annual plant sale! We receive great community support with the many shoppers who attend. Thank you to all of those who support this sale! May 18th 2024 will be the next plant sale. Save this date!
In June time was spent watering our gardens with the heat and lack of rain.
For the first time we had an entry in the Waterford July 4th parade.
We were pleased to hold our Garden Tour in July featuring 5 unique gardens. Thanks to our hosting families that shared their stunning gardens for the tour. The 15 raffle baskets brought in additional monies for our scholarship and local grants. Many local businesses were very generous with their donations. Thank you all. Our next Garden Tour will be held in July, 2025.
This is all made possible because of our dedicated active members who make this all happen. A hearty thank you to all of our members doesn’t seem adequate but is heartfelt.
We welcome new members at any level of garden experience! Come join us at our interesting monthly meetings!
